The Roster of Care (ROC) Tool is a specialized calculator and planning workspace that helps Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers and Support Coordinators model, calculate, and document participant support rosters. It ensures NDIA alignment by structuring day-to-day shifts, sleepovers, staff ratios, and annual hour estimates.
No, the Sil Connect ROC Tool is an independent planning and budgeting tool designed to help providers create documentation for their SIL submissions. While it is built to align with NDIA guidelines, rates, and formats, it is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by the NDIA.
The ROC Tool is available to registered SIL providers on Sil Connect as part of their subscription plans. NDIS Support Coordinators can request free access to the tool to collaborate with providers and review participant rosters.
SIL Providers can access the ROC Tool directly from their dashboard after logging in. If you do not have an account yet, you can sign up for a provider subscription plan. Support Coordinators can request free access by filling out the Coordinator Registration form.
